"North Shore went above and beyond the call of duty in helping my church with a service issue for our projectors. From the very first call to North Shore, Arnie demonstrated a willingness to help us get the job done on a very tight timeline. Our projectors are pole mounted from 30' ceilings, and we were unsure about the best approach for servicing the projectors. Before he even came out for the service visit, Arnie guided us through the type of equipment needed to reach the projectors. Due to time constraints, our best option proved to be scaffolding. Arnie arrived on time bright on early on a Saturday morning, and we were still trying to finish putting the 20' scaffolding together. Without hesitation, Arnie jumped in to help us assemble the scaffolding. Once the scaffolding was assembled, Arnie meticulously worked to repair the issues with our projectors. By the time Arnie was done, he had our projection system working better and looking better than ever before.
