"Over the last two years we have dealt with North Shore Technologies only on a "send me this unit" basis, which was competitively priced and delivered on time. Recently we required a service call to install new phones and tweak our phone system. Arnie did an outstanding job and again was competitively price even though his drive time was an hour and half each way. Our entire team were impressed with his courteous and knowledgeable demeanor.
